Beer Documentary CRAFT takes a hands-on look at the craft beer industry.

Hey fellow Denverites! Looking for something to do this Friday night? How about a movie premiere! CRAFT, a new beer documentary by filmmaker Craig Noble is premiering at the Sie FilmCenter on Friday, April 4th.  It’s must-see viewing for any craft beer lover, and this Friday you can see it VIP style!

CRAFT Documentary

CRAFT follows Craig Noble on a coast to coast journey during which he has an apprenticeship at a farm brewery, completes beer schooling in Vermont that leads him to a Cicerone certification, and ultimately to the development of his Farmhouse Ale recipe. The movie explores how the craft brewing industry balances quality and creativity amidst explosive growth and demand.  There will be three showings on Friday, April 4th.  The 7:00 pm screening includes a VIP reception beginning at 5:30 where you can meet Craig Noble and enjoy a beer and food pairing. Tickets for this VIP show are $20 for Denver Film Society members and $25 for non-members. There are additional screenings at 7:10 pm and 7:30 pm, with tickets for those showings only $12 for members and $10 for non-members.  After all showings attendees are invited to a free after-party at Henderson’s Lounge where there will be drink specials and where you can enjoy some of the beers featured in the film. To purchase tickets for any of the showings or to view the movie trailer, visit the Sie FilmCenter website.

CRAFT is playing in Denver for one night only. Following Denver CRAFT will continue its western tour with another Colorado stop in Fort Collins before moving on to Austin, Oakland, and San Diego. The eastern tour kicks off in New York on June 4th and ends in Vancouver, BC on June 26th. For more information on CRAFT (the movie) visit their site at craftbeermovie.com.
