There was a big announcement from New Belgium Brewing yesterday.
Christine Perich has been named New Belgium’s new CEO, replacing brewery co-founder Kim Jordan. Perich, who had been the company’s COO and President, now takes over the full day-to-day company operations. Perich has been with New Belgium since 2000 and was instrumental in transitioning the company into a 100% employee-owned company back in 2013.
Kim Jordan will remain with New Belgium as the Executive Chair of the Brewery’s Board of Directors. In this role, Jordan will focus on New Belgium Brewing’s long-term business strategy.
