The beer scene is booming in Fort Collins. In the past few days, two new breweries have opened their doors. Well, sort of. Brewery number one is new, and brewery number two is Three Four, who has been selling beer for a while, just not Three Four Beer beer. Confused? It’s simple really! Below is a quick preview of both new breweries. We hope to make the trek out to Fort Collins to visit them in person very soon.
Now Open: Intersect Brewing
Intersect Brewing opened their doors at 2160 W Drake Rd on Friday, August 26. Their slogan is “Craft beer brewed in High Fidelity” which matches the musical theme inside the taproom. We heard that even the tanks are all named after rock musicians! Intersect Brewing has a seven-barrel system, and they offered four beers at their grand opening: Milk Chocolate Stout, Raspberry Berliner Weiss, Belgian Wit, and an IPA. What a delicious sounding lineup! We can’t wait to visit and pair some Intersect Brewing beer with some great rock tunes.

Now Brewing: Three Four Beer Co
Three Four Beer Co is not new. In fact, Three Four Beer has been serving beer to thirsty folks in Fort Collins for months. However, on Friday, August 26, Three Four served something you couldn’t find anywhere else in town: their own beer, brewed on site. They released three beers, including a West Coast IPA, an American pale ale, and a robust porter. If you stopped by last weekend they were even offering free brews! If like us you missed out, then stop by and buy one now. With 49 total taps, you can select from their Three Four brews, plus many more from other great craft breweries. With such an extensive collection on tap you’re sure to find a great brew at Three Four Beer Co.
