It’s August, can you believe it? Where has the time gone? Another month is behind us and the summer is slowly winding down. Now is the time to get out there and enjoy the warm weather and cold beer, so without further ado, let’s make some August plans!
But first… it’s GABF ticket time!
While we are planning ahead, don’t forget that today is the day that Great American Beer Festival tickets go on sale. If you are an AHA or BA member, ticket pre-sales kick off today at 10 a.m. MT. For everyone else, tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Don’t snooze on this one, since the 2017 looks to be the biggest and best yet! Leftapalooza Mile High Tribute Band Competition

Back for the 7th year, the Leftapalooza Mile High Tribute Band Competition showcases 8 of the best tribute bands. This year the lineup includes Hells Belles playing the music of AC/DC, Shakedown Street and the music of the Grateful Dead, plus bands that will pay tribute to greats such as David Bowie, Primus, Jethro Tull, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Neil Young & Crazy Horse and Gov’t Mule. 4th Annual Sesh Fest

The 4th Annual Boulder Craft Beer Festival brings together the best craft breweries (and a few cideries) from Boulder County and beyond for a tasting festival, offering attendees samples of the best beer on the Front Range. Fat Tire Presents: Tour de Fat Denver with Capital Cities

Expect to experience the unexpected at this year’s Tour de Fat. Fat Tire is bringing the party with Capital Cities and the Tour de Fat ensemble cast of performers. Ready your eyes and ears for a mix of musicians, circus performers, vaudeville acts, magicians, comedians, and mind-blowing provocateurs.
