You know what sounds like fun? Celebrating your day off work with some craft beer at Colorado’s newest brewery. You can do just that this Memorial Day, when BURLY Brewing Company celebrates their Grand Opening. Doors open at BURLY Brewing Company on Monday, May 28 beginning at noon. BURLY will become the fourth craft brewery for Castle Rock, and we’re thrilled to be welcoming them to our neighborhood beer scene.

For the official Grand Opening, Sarah P & The Dirty Logger will be performing live on the BURLY stage at 2 PM. Colorado Pizza Company will on site at 5 PM, ready to cook you up a delicious wood-fired pizza to go with your BURLY beers.

Get a preview of the beers that will be on tap for the grand opening on the BURLY Brewing Company webpage. As of today, there are 16 BURLY brews on the menu in a variety of styles. Their grand opening offerings include more than half a dozen different Belgian-style brews, a few IPAs, plus a Pale Ale, Irish Red Ale, American Wheat Ale, Honey Brown Ale, Rye Pale Ale and a Rye Porter. In short, there is plenty to choose from no matter what your style preference. If you want to try more than is responsible to drink in one visit, BURLY offers beer to-go in crowlers and growlers. You can even get a GURLY crowler if you’re so inclined!

Is Monday too long to wait to get BURLY?

We get it, everyone wants instant gratification. Hey, we don’t want to wait either! We’ve been counting the days since for this brewery to open ever since last year when we met George Goodman, the man behind BURLY Brewing Company. Fortunately, you can get an early sneak peek of BURLY Brewing Company starting tonight.

BURLY Brewing Company has publicized several soft opening events on Facebook. You can preview BURLY Brewing Company starting tonight, Friday, May 25, at 5:00 PM. BURLY will also be open on Saturday (11 AM to 10:30 PM) and Sunday (11 AM to 8:30 PM.)
