Oh hi, summer!

Happy Summer Solstice! Today marks the onset of summer and the longest day of the year. Or if you’re a pessimist, it’s the beginning of our days slowly getting shorter again. Either way, we hope you find a way to celebrate the season, even if our Colorado weather isn’t exactly playing along with the theme. Oh, Colorado, we do know how much you enjoy your weather pranks…

It’s been a quiet few weeks around Bottle Makes Three HQ. We had an incredible trip to Montana for the Beer Now Conference a few weeks ago and we will be sharing some stories from that trip soon. However, one of our souvenirs I seem to have brought back from Montana is a lingering chest cold. I blame the airplane. Seriously, I can’t fly anywhere without picking up some sort of virus! And let me tell ya, a summertime cold is even worse than Colorado playing all loosey-goosey with the weather each & every season. It’s THE WORST.

Nevertheless, I shall persist, and now that summer is here I’m ready to rally and get back to us having some fun! Which of course you know, is code for beer! If you are looking for fun, beer-filled ways to kick off your first weekend of summer, today we have a few ideas to get you started. Check the local weather reports, and plan to dress accordingly.
