WARNING! An outbreak of the hoppiest proportions is coming to Lone Tree.
Hop Zombie Day 2019
Lone Tree Brewing Company’s award-winning Hop Zombie will return on Saturday, September 28, at 11 a.m.
This monster beer is usually kept under quarantine, but once annually it’s released to a thirsty mob of Hop Zombie fans. This weekend marks the sixth year that Lone Tree Brewing Company will celebrate Hop Zombie Day by unleashing their hoppy creation into the wild.
With the cult-like following of this favorite brew, don’t expect the outbreak to last long. Fans of the beer are expected to arrive early to get their hands on Hop Zombie beer and merchandise. The first 10 people in line will get a free limited-edition zombie glass, while everyone who shows up early can enjoy a complimentary beermosa or bloody beer. Ol’ Skool Que BBQ truck will set up camp early (10 a.m.) to serve green chili breakfast bowls to Hop Zombie hunters waiting in line. Colorado Pizza Company will be on hand for the day, serving up tasty, fresh-made pizza.

About Hop Zombie
Hop Zombie Imperial Red IPA has a loyal following and is Lone Tree Brewing Company’s most anticipated annual release. It’s a big, bold, beast of an IPA at 9% ABV. While eight different hops give Hop Zombie a bite, rich malts keep everything in balance. With a deep red color and incredible flavor, this GABF award-winning beer is so good it’s scary.
This year Hop Zombie has mutated from bomber bottles into cans with refreshed artwork. The spooky new design was created by Boulder-based Anthem Branding company along with Lone Tree Brewing Company. 12-ounce Hop Zombie cans will be available for purchase individually, in 4-packs, or by the case.
Get Your Hands on Hop Zombie
Visit Lone Tree Brewing Company early on Saturday, September 28 to try this limited-release beer while it lasts. You can enjoy Hop Zombie on draft or take home a few cans to enjoy in the safety of your apocalypse-fortified home. Hop Zombie specialty glassware and t-shirts will also be available for purchase. While you’re there, check out Lone Tree Brewing Company’s other fall seasonals, including Pumpkin Ale, Cranberry Saison, and Vanilla Caramel Amber.
