The announcement we all expected but nobody wanted to hear arrived today. The Brewer’s Association has confirmed that the 2020 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) will take place online. The event, which was scheduled for September 24-26 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, will now be a virtual event held October 16-17.
The Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG) is celebrating their 25 “beerthday” this weekend, and you’re invited to the party!
The 2019 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) has wrapped, and what a great festival it was! While all we have to show for the fest are great memories, 283 breweries took home much cooler souvenirs from GABF in the form of gold, silver, and bronze medals. Our local breweries made sure many of those medals stayed in Colorado, winning a total of 40 medals during this year’s competition.
