Red Leg Brewing Celebrates 5 Years With Big Future Plans

What do you get when you combine the 4th of July with a 5th Anniversary party and a 2 craft beer geeks like us? You get a summer party that’s dialed up to 11! At least, that was our experience when we went to Colorado Springs for Red Leg Brewing Company’s 5th Anniversary Party. We attended the Red Leg shindig with our buddy and honorary BMT member for the day, Chris. Red Leg Brewing Company […]

GABF 2018: The Dates & Details You Need to Know

Did anyone else wake up this morning to realize that June is nearly over? Sunday we’ll be rolling into July, and maybe it’s just us, but this summer seems to be flying by. It’s enough to make us think about that quote from the famous prophet of our generation: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” Yessir, that Abe Froman certainly knows what he’s […]

Pints for a Purpose: Save the San Juans Saturday to Support Durango Fire Relief Efforts

Durango, Colorado is a special town and very close to our heart. For the past several years we’ve been one of the many folks who make the trek to Durango every summer. Initially, our trips were all about the beer, but very quickly the visits grew into so much more. Now we visit Durango for the charm of the town itself. We love the buildings filled with history, the incredible beauty, the long list of […]

5 Awesome Things To Do This Weekend

We made it to Friday, y’all. What a roller coaster of a week we had in Colorado. In our home-base of Castle Rock it snowed one week ago on Friday. That was followed by several very warm (albeit windy) summer-like days. This morning we awoke to find snow on the ground once again. We’ve enjoyed the full weather spectrum in just one week. Isn’t springtime in Colorado fun? Speaking of fun, are you still looking for […]

Release Your Inner Child at Ales, Apps & Barrels of Fun

Adulting is hard. Getting up and going to work 5-days a week can be a real drag. Paying bills, doing laundry, dealing with other adults… it’s all just a bit much, ya know? Sure, we have the freedom to drink beer and stay up late and do mostly whatever we want. But is it really a fair trade-off compared to all the fun and freedom we had as kids? Even when we do have free […]
