Castle Rock Breweries Rock Their Collaboration Fest Beer

The 2019 Collaboration Fest is coming to Denver on March 16! This is the 6th year of this festival, celebrating Colorado craft beer and their camaraderie with each other, and brewers near and far. More than 200 craft breweries are making new collaboration beers for this event, including all five of our local neighborhood Castle Rock breweries. We crashed their Castle Rock collaboration brew day recently and can’t wait to taste what “the Rock” brewers […]

A shot of whiskey with a beer chaser is such a common combo, it even has its own name: the Boilermaker. […]

New Belgium Collaborates With Old Belgium for Lips Of Faith 2016

This year New Belgium Brewing is celebrating their 25th anniversary. Can you even believe that? We’re pretty sure there is a joke in there about still calling them “New” Belgium after all these years. Clearly, they’re one of the old-timers in the craft beer scene. Still, we respect New Belgium Brewing too much to take this accomplishment lightly. After all, a hefty portion of today’s craft breweries wasn’t even a dream 25 years ago. Many […]

The barrels would be used to age a unique, limited edition craft beer.

One of the collaborations we can expect to see is with Great Divide Brewing Co, who will be brewing The Smoothness, a dark lager aged in Jameson barrels. We’re really excited to try these Jameson-barrel aged beers and to watch the video series that is going to document the story of each of the […]
